Michele Lalanas is the Director of First Impressions at Raleigh Wealth Solutions, where she ensures the office runs seamlessly and every client feels valued from the moment they connect. Michele manages the firm’s calendar and coordinates all client and prospect appointments, making her the first friendly voice and warm welcome many experience. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and takes pride in ensuring each interaction is a positive one.

Michele earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, she relocated to Raleigh from Mildenhall, England, after her husband completed his service with the U.S. Air Force. She joined Raleigh Wealth Solutions in September 2017.

Outside the office, Michele enjoys reading, attending concerts, movies, and plays, as well as spending quality time with her husband and family.
