Michele Lalanas is the Director of First Impressions at Raleigh Wealth Solutions, where she serves as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients. As a virtual team member, she connects through phone or email, creating a warm, welcoming experience from the very first interaction. She takes pride in helping people feel comfortable, confident, and well taken care of as they begin the planning process. As soon as you talk to her, you will understand why her nickname is “Sunshine”!

With nearly a decade at the firm, Michele plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages the firm’s calendar and coordinates client and prospect appointments, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. Known for her ability to build genuine connections quickly, even without face-to-face interaction, she helps set the tone for trust and a positive client experience from day one.

Michele earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, she relocated to Raleigh from Mildenhall, England, after her husband completed his service in the U.S. Air Force. She joined Raleigh Wealth Solutions in September 2017.

Outside of the office, Michele enjoys getting lost in a good mystery novel or books set in historical periods. Life at home is never dull, with her mom living with her and her in-laws next door. It often feels like Everybody Loves Raymond in real life, times two. She jokingly refers to herself as the family’s “senior Uber,” a role she embraces wholeheartedly.
