Erin Wall brings a diverse and dynamic professional background to her role as Human Resources Coordinator at Raleigh Wealth Solutions. Her career spans healthcare management, event planning, real estate, insurance, marketing, and small business ownership. She spent more than a decade in healthcare administration and has over 10 years of experience as a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and business owner. Erin also holds her North Carolina Life Insurance and Annuities license, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both people and business.

Erin is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and expects to graduate in December 2026. She has already been accepted into the Master of Business Administration program and plans to begin shortly after graduation. Through her studies, Erin developed a passion for consumer behavior and the power of storytelling to help organizations build meaningful connections. This inspired her to launch Blue Couch Creative, a storytelling-focused marketing business, and The Scribbled Parlor, where she shares personal stories and reflections.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her daughter, Larson, her sons, Gabe and Chandler, and her grand dog, Zeus. She serves on the boards of two nonprofit organizations and is passionate about giving back to the community. A lifelong creative, Erin is also a floral designer who enjoys exploring new hobbies, including papermaking, baking artisan bread, making homemade pasta, and cultivating unique gardens filled with cut flowers, colorful pumpkins, and loofah sponges.
