Josiah graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Concentration in Finance. He began his career in finance at Janney Montgomery Scott where he was on their Client Service Team before joining Raleigh Wealth Solutions in December of 2025 as part of the Processing and Client Service team. Josiah currently holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Outside of work, Josiah enjoys working out, playing sports, cooking and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and friends. He is also very involved in his church and helps lead a Bible Study for young adults during the week.
